Once you commit to the challenge you will receive a total of 15 SWEAATS on demand Each week you will have access to FIVE *NEW* Alex Aust workouts. Two of the workouts will be LIVE and three will be pre-recorded. You will be able to do all of them on your own time! Workouts will include AA’s specialty- strength, cardio, tone, and FUN! 100% chance of dance parties and increased self confidence!

 

EAATS

AA is a firm believer that FOOD is FUEL. We work so hard in the gym, on our mat, on the road that we need to put nutrients into our body. Health is absolutely wealth and flavor does NOT take a back seat. When you sign up for the Spring Sweaat Challenge you will receive a curated grocery lists to go along with weekly recipes. There will be tons of options and no harsh rules. We do not believe nutrition is a one size fits all- we all have different things that work for each of us and this experience is about finding what does. PLUS THEY’RE YUMMY- TRUST US

COMMUNITY

Our favorite part about this journey is doing it TOGETHER! We will have a group ZOOM to go over how to set yourself up for success/answer all the questions possible. Set some friendly competition and get to know each other! We are all in this together!

 

ACCOUNTABILITY

You will receive a FREE downloadable habit tracker as well as a mock calendar to what living our lives at 80/20 would be! Only YOU will be in control of what you put down as an OFF day (drinking a gallon of water, meditating, sleeping 8 hours, etc) Plan the work, work the plan baby!
